Can I return my product?

We are happy to accept your return if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your garment. However, the items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached to receive a store credit or refund if purchased at full price.

What can not be returned?

We cannot accept a return for garments that have been worn, washed or altered in any way as it will be refused. Please also take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours. If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect order, please reach out to us here and we will be happy to further assist you. What is our return policy?

Full price change of mind or incorrect sizing orders returned unworn, in their original condition, with swing tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of their delivery date. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Full priced items purchased on promotion are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.

Change of mind Sale items do not qualify for a refund, unless the item is faulty. For an item to qualify as a faulty product, this needs to be assessed by out customer care team. Faulty items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note, excluding cost of shipping.

Who will pay the cost of return?

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us unless the item is faulty. Please print out your order confirmation and put it in your parcel otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return. Ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. We highly recommend using the original packaging your product arrived in. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, as your item has already been processed within the warehouse and packed ready to send. If the item is not on Sale or Final Sale, you can process a Return or Exchange by contacting us.
