RETURNS

We are happy to accept your return if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your garment. However, the items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached to receive a store credit or refund if purchased at full price.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you have a change of mind in respect of a purchase (e.g. you no longer want the product), we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a store credit only.

We won't accept returns for the following:

  • Products  must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original packaging and tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 
  • All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, or swimwear (including one piece and sets). The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. 
  • Products that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
  • E-vouchers

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.


FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.  


SALE ITEM RETURNS

All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns. Feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email for any questions regarding fit or sizing.


WAREHOUSE SALE

All sales are final. No exchanges or store credits will be given. 


RETURN POSTAGE

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us unless the item is faulty. Please print out your order confirmation and put it in your parcel otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return. Ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. We highly recommend using the original packaging your product arrived in. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.


RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We process all returns within five working days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.


STORE CREDITS

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

We only offer store credits for returned items unless the product is deemed faulty by our Returns Team.
